The Gnomes of Nome

Legends say that the gnomes and dwarves were kin long ago.  The blood that flows through their veins is both that of mortal men and of the angels of heaven.

When Camelot fell, the Archangel Gabriel sent the angel, Safriel to recover King Arthur’s great gem, a giant ruby that created its own light.  Safriel was instructed to bury the gem beneath the stones that men call ‘Henge.’

There he fell in love with a mortal woman who bore him two sons.  Their growth was stunted and their descendants are long lived and have unusual powers and abilities.  The gnomes and dwarves have been at war for hundreds of years beneath the mountains of Alaska over what became known as the ‘Gnome King’s Heart.’

Now Gabriel sends the last two mortal children of his lost archangel brother to find the gnomes and recover the ‘Rod of God’ or the lost staff of Moses as well as King Solomon’s magic ring.
